The eSTS Team Quality Control Plan (QCP) is used by all members of the team and applies to all SeaPort-e projects. The QCP is structured to be flexible and expandable to meet the needs of SeaPort-e clients while meeting the following mission objectives:


• Creates a repeatable framework and program management methodology for achieving high quality services and deliverables.

• Provides for the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and methods used by the eSTS Team during contract performance.

• Enables an “open book” performance metrics methodology for collection, management and analysis that supplies SeaPort-e customers with visibility into performance and enables effective process improvement.
